Our Stress-Free 4 Step Process

Gather Your Information

First we will gather your bank, credit card, and merchant account statements so we have the information we need to provide you with
bookkeeping services. Our clients can either upload their documents to our secure server or grant our office “limited ” access to their online accounts. For our clients who are not comfortable with either of those options, the documents can be mailed to our office here in sunny Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Bookkeeping

When we have all the needed information from our clients, we begin our bookkeeping services. We import and/or enter all of your transactions into your QuickBooks account as either income, expenses, liabilities or equity. We will also make sure that each account is reconciled and balanced. This ensures that all transactions have been imported and/or entered correctly.

Review of Initial Reports

Upon completion of Step Two, we send our clients initial financial reports for their review. These reports allow our clients the opportunity to review our bookkeeping and accounting services and present any questions and / or revisions they may have.

Finalize and Complete

Once questions have been answered and revisions are complete finalized financial reports are compiled and securely provided to the client.
